Payments, fees, bookings, and account verification.
Your customers pay with M-PESA. Each sale shows in your Earnings with the Circleyetu fee taken off. After 24 hours it becomes available, and you withdraw it to your M-PESA number whenever you like. Safaricom's withdrawal charge is shown before you confirm and comes out of your balance.
Circleyetu only charges when you make a sale. There are no monthly subscriptions or setup fees. We take 5% of each sale, and early creators may get a lower rate for a set time. Safaricom's charge on each withdrawal is shown before you withdraw.
Connect your Google Calendar in one click from your dashboard. Set your available hours, add buffer times between calls, and define your session prices. Your booking slots automatically sync and update in real-time.
Yes. You can add bookings, digital downloads, tips, and links to the same Circleyetu page.
No. Choose your page design, add your products and booking options, and share your URL. You can set it up without writing code.
A sale can be withdrawn 24 hours after the payment, once your ID is approved. Withdrawals go to your M-PESA number straight away; new creators' first withdrawal opens a few days after their first sale, and large withdrawals may be checked by our team first.
KYC verification is typically completed within up to five business days after all required documents have been submitted accurately. Processing times may vary depending on the information provided and any additional verification requirements.
Circleyetu currently focuses on Kenyan creators, and payments are open to invited creators while we pilot them. Your customers pay with M-PESA and you withdraw to M-PESA. We plan to support more payment methods and African markets as we grow.
