We automatically settle Kenya Shilling payments to your verified payout account after two working days (T+2). For example, a payment received on Monday is normally settled on Wednesday. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.
KYC verification is typically completed within up to five business days after all required documents have been submitted accurately. Processing times may vary depending on the information provided and any additional verification requirements.
